PhD Opportunity in the Netherlands

Dear colleagues,

I would like to draw your attention to a PhD position on airborne infection control through ventilation.This project is framed within a collaboration between the Fluids and Flows group in the Department of Applied Physics and the Building Physics group in the Deparment of the Build Enviornment at Eindhoven University of Technology. It is part of a large national program including other universities and research institutes. The succesful candidate will mainly use CFD to determine the spread of droplets and aerosols. The results will then be used to develop new ways to assess and mitigate the infection risk in time-dependent situations.
